Mom Strong

Mom Strong is a class for all women on their pregnancy and postpartum journey, designed by a mom for moms. Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach and mother, Bree Figgins, will walk you through all the things that need to be considered during these special chapters in your life. Whether you’re a high level athlete or just looking to feel strong and supported during pregnancy or postpartum, Mom Strong is for you. You will walk away each class knowing which physical and mental considerations are best for you as your navigate fitness, as well as life. Each session addresses common issues moms may face during pregnancy and postpartum such as; urinary incontinence, diastasis recti and pelvic organ prolapse. Through a group training environment Bree will work towards giving each mom an individualized approach to their fitness that will best support her health, recovery and goals. Each class will provide information, resources and a workout that is supportive of each woman’s goals in a variety of stages.
