CrossFit Teens - 4 $64 Purchase required to enroll

Using weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular training, our teens develop the skills of well rounded athletes. This class helps teens get healthy and fit, raises their self esteem, and increases self-confidence and strength in the body. It works wonders as a stand-along strength and conditioning program, or as as addition to sport specific training.

Ruck $240 Purchase required to enroll

At Ruck PT Camp, Coach Mike will lead our ruckers to and through various locations around Napa, stopping periodically for some games and PT. Each daily ruck will last three hours, during which we will traverse three to four miles of our beautiful Napa Valley. Each day will include team-building tasks, games, PT (of course!), and time for rest and snacks. Our ruckers are likely to be so immersed in games and team-building activities that they hardly notice they are developing strength, stamina and endurance!

Teen Weightlifting - 4 $64 Purchase required to enroll

This class is a strength and conditioning program for 13-17 year olds where they gain strength, flexibility, and improve their overall fitness while having fun. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting (barbells, kettlebells) with gymnastics movements to create strength and agility.


CrossFit - Kick $64 Purchase required to enroll

Get your kids fit and strong while they have fun and move in this fast-paced class. Coach Claudio is Italian National Kick Boxing Champion, and he mixes functional movements, games and kick boxing into a dynamic and fun hour for your children.
